Fulfillment timeline
Our standard turnaround for the current Tier 3 report offering is delivery within 72 hours after successful payment and completion of any required verification steps.
Delivery method
Reports are delivered digitally, typically by email or secure access link, using the contact information provided at checkout or intake.
Refunds
Because these services involve custom digital work, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after research or report production has begun. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
If there is an issue
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered report or believe your order was not fulfilled properly, please contact us through our contact page. We will work to make it right when possible.
